Ultrapure-Sterile Applications: Ultrapure-Sterile LB broth is used in Liquid bacteria culture, coliphage plaque assays, recombinant DNA work such as bacterial protein expression, transformation, cloning and plasmid expansion and preparation. Function: Complex bacterial culture media that that is commonly used to culture bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family, it provides bacteria with essential ingredients, osmotic pressure and pH for rapid bacteria proliferation.
